Photography Competition: Rules and Conditions

1. Entry

a. There is no entry fee for submissions

b. A maximum of 4 photo submissions is permitted for each photographer.

c. Photographers may only enter 1 image per category.

d. Submissions must be entirely the work of the individual submitting each image.

e. All submissions must be received by 11:59pm on February 15th 2020. Photos submitted after this time may be refused.

f. Submissions should be provided at maximum resolution for judging and displaying.

 

2. Eligibility

a. Photographers must have been studying at a UK educational institute at the time the image was captured. Proof of this is required alongside the completed entry form.

b. Image submissions must be in the form of WeTransfer links; images sent directly will not be entered.

c. The festival committee reserves the right to determine the eligibility and refuse entry of any photo for any reason.

 

3. Judging

a. Results of the competition will be announced at the festival on 7th March 2020.

b. Due to the high number of applications, the festival is unable to provide judging feedback.

c. The judging panel may disqualify any photo for any reason, without feedback.

 

4. Marketing

a. Wild Film Fest reserves the right to reproduce, change and use all material submitted for the non-commercial purposes of the festival.

b. Details of the photographers may be shared in our marketing and promotion

 

Please submit your entries by emailing photowff@gmail.com with a direct link to the image file using WeTransfer, along with your image name, species featured, location and category. Photos attached to an email as a file will not be entered, photos must be sent as WeTransfer links. You will receive email confirmation once an entry has been successfully submitted.
